Aimeelene Gaspar
Aimeelene is CoFounder and CEO of LionX, offering a consumer privacy technology platform for businesses to meet the complex consumer privacy regulations in the US. In addition, she offers her time and expertise to fellow founders through her work at Village Capital with their FinTech Forward program as an advisory board member. Her path from finance to technology culminated in becoming a product management executive with over 20 years of experience at large financial services companies, and startups such as Broadridge and Yodlee.
Kristina Powers
I've combined my 20+ years in higher education with my 15+ years of teaching and my business entrepreneur expertise to help strengthen organizations and the people within them – thus, elevating higher education as a whole.

After working full-time at colleges and universities for over two decades and consulting on the side, I expanded my consulting business to do the same type of work – but for multiple institutions at the same time. My expertise areas include: data analysis, institutional research, accreditation, compliance, and capacity building of leadership. I've worked at and with a variety of four-year colleges and universities and higher education organizations. I've lived up and down the east coast and currently reside in San Diego, California.
Grace Belangia
An award winning ecosystem builder, Grace Belangia is co-founder of Make Startups, providing community development services for societies across the country to support ecosystems for entrepreneurs and startups. She is also the Executive Director and Founding Member of theClubhou.se, a collaborative workspace that connects leaders and learners, founders and funders in technology, business and design. She has a proven record of production, management and analysis of initiatives and programs rooted in having secured more than $2 million in public-private partnerships. She is a job creator/dream maker as an angel investor, philanthropist, serial entrepreneur, large scale event producer and mentor/advisor for innovation economies. She is a frequent national speaker on collaborative workspaces and economic development for generational wealth creation, inspiring ecosystem builders to create economically inclusive communities. She has been invited to the White House and Congress to speak on entrepreneurship policy and ecosystem building in the maker and startup movement.
Andy Cunningham
An entrepreneur at the forefront of marketing, branding, positioning and communicating "The Next Big Thing," Andy Cunningham has played a key role in the launch of a number of new categories including video games; personal computers; desktop publishing; digital imaging; RISC microprocessors; software as a service; very light jets; and clean tech investing. She is an expert in creating and executing marketing, branding and communication strategies that accelerate growth, increase shareholder value and advance corporate reputation. Her first book, Get to Aha!: Discover Your Positioning DNA and Dominate Your Competition, was published by McGraw-Hill Education in October 2017.

Andy is the founder and president of Cunningham Collective, a marketing, brand and communication strategy firm dedicated to bringing innovation to market. The 9-year old firm has worked with many companies in various markets including telecommunications, search, energy efficiency, media and publishing, finance, mobile apps, display technology, healthcare, big data and semiconductors. Andy is also the host of the popular podcast Marketing Over Ice (http://www.moi.fm/).
Frances Mann-Craik
Frances Mann-Craik, fairy godmother to high-tech startups, is a computer-industry pioneer with decades of Silicon Valley and international marketing and sales contribution.

Frances grew up in Palo Alto (one block from the famous Hewlett-Packard garage), and absorbed tech in her soul as the computer industry grew up around her. Graduating from Menlo College School of Business Administration (as one of the first women graduates in 1976), her earliest days were working with tech giants: Hewlett Packard, Convergent Technologies, Unisys, Hyundai, Oracle...where she helped build the foundation of today's tech industry.

With the Dot.Com boom of the '90s, Frances began working with international startups. As SVP of marketing for Tornado-Insider, her team built a virtual infrastructure for high-tech Europe, including the famous UpStart Europe events at Disneyland Paris. She was a founding member of Tornado's sister company, GorillaPark, a high-tech incubator (London, Munich, Paris, Amsterdam) where Frances helped 16 startups create their initial Go-to-Market programs. In addition, she published over 20 feature articles on "Lessons Learned in the Silicon Valley" that provided tools and techniques for international tech entrepreneurs.

In 2001, Frances launched Addison Marketing - a marketing services firm focused on early-stage startups (pre-Series B) with a specialty in helping international firms move into and navigate the US market. During the past 20 years, Frances has worked with over 40 startups and served as Chief Marketing and/or Sales Officer for a dozen of them.

Frances served on the Menlo College Board of Trustees from 2001 to 2006 and was twice President of the Menlo College Alumni Association (1983-1984 & 1999-2001). She is also active with a variety of groups as board member, community activist, advisor, volunteer and friend.
Samantha Paxson
Samantha is the Chief Experience Officer for CO-OP Financial Services (www.co-opfs.org), a technology and payments company serving 60 million consumers nationwide. As a growth and transformation strategist, she has built the intersection of technology, brand and experience architecture to rapidly scale revenue, retain top clients, and uncover new market segments, growing the organization from $136M to nearly $1B. She's designed evolutionary strategies across a networks of functional teams to transform a 40 year old organization to a truly platform-based ecosystem.

As a passionate "intrapreneur", Samantha founded CO-OP THINK in 2008, an innovation content platform empowering the evolution of mission-driven financial services which has partnered world-renowned thought leaders with thousands of financial services executives. She serves as the editor of THINK Review, is a contributor to Forbes and is a prolific speaker delivering insights on human-based leadership, digital transformation, modern strategy, payments and experience design.
Lauren Cooney
Lauren Cooney has twenty years of experience creating, building and leading high-growth teams, businesses, platforms and developer communities for multiple Fortune 500 companies including BEA Systems (now Oracle), IBM, Microsoft, Juniper, and Cisco Systems, where she has led product management, Open Source, product marketing, developer strategy and new business model creation. Her work has netted companies over $1B in revenue, thousands of new clients and over a million developers.

Lauren recently founded Spark Labs. Utilizing twenty years of expertise in executive roles and leading teams for Fortune 500 companies, Spark Labs' goal is to improve diversity and keep women in the "pipeline" while accelerating their path to the C-Suite. Spark Labs offers executive coaching, leadership training, retention and inclusivity programs and a robust community for women looking to accelerate their career beyond the traditional corporate models and offerings. Clients are from Tesla, IBM, Microsoft, Google, Blue Cross, Johnson & Johnson, UnitedHealthcare Group, Facebook and more.

The Huffington Post, CIO Magazine, Business Insider and Light Reading have all recognized Cooney as a top leader in software, open source, developer relations, women in technology and cloud computing industries, and Cooney also sits on the highly-selective Forbes Coaches Council.
Jin Zhang
Named Women of Influence by Silicon Valley Business Journal, Jin Zhang is a technology executive with both Fortune 100 and startup experience in enterprise software. She delivered 8-figure revenue at IBM, led engineering at Apigee to its IPO, and is now Director of Engineering at Facebook. Jin speaks regularly at technical conference and owns multiple patents in analytics. She is passionate about promoting diversity in technical companies, and she spends her spare time teaching at Stanford University (CSP) and Menlo College.
Bobbie Carlton
Bobbie Carlton is the founder of Innovation Women, an online "visibility" for entrepreneurial, technical, and professional women.
Susan Solinsky
Susan Solinsky is an experienced entrepreneur and leader with a passion for supporting Women's Heath Tech. Solinsky is the Chief Growth Officer at Ellipsis Health, a digital health company that has pioneered the first AI-powered, speech-based vital sign to quantify depression and anxiety for scalable behavioral health management. Solinsky serves as the Director of HITLAB's Women's Health Tech Initiative and Health Challenge. Ms. Solinsky is also a founding LP of the How Women Invest Fund. The How Women Invest Fund is dedicated to shifting the venture capital landscape by supporting women-led companies, with a focus on women of color. Prior to Ellipsis, Solinsky was Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Phreesia (IPO, 2019). Solinsky co-founded Vital Score (acquired by Phreesia), a digital health platform that allowed for more meaningful interaction between patients, healthcare providers, and health services. She also served as Managing Partner at Reditus Revenue Solutions, a management consulting firm that provided interim/fractional executive leadership, across sales, strategy, marketing, product, operations and fundraising to innovative start-ups and health systems. Solinsky was on the founding team in a variety of executive leadership roles at the Advisory Board (IPO) and Corporate Executive Board (IPO). She received her Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) from Princeton University and completed her thesis on Spain's role in NATO. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Independent Institute and the Wender Weis Foundation for Children.
